The hotel is excellently located, just a 2-minute walk to trendy Tedder Avenue with fantastic restaurants and shops, and the same distance to the patrolled beach. It offers clean and spacious rooms with a nice kitchen and living room, but lacks air conditioning. The service is friendly, and the location is brilliant, right on the beach and a short walk to Surfers Paradise. The dining experience with French toasts is delightful. The facilities are well-maintained with beautiful gardens and lawn space.

I couldn't have asked for a better location! Just a 2-minute walk to trendy Tedder Avenue with fantastic restaurants and shops and the beautiful patrolled beach right there. The gardens and lawn space were pristine, adding to the overall wonderful setting of this place. However, it's a shame that there was no air conditioning in the big rooms, and the verticals were missing, making navigation a bit tricky.
